Our Challenge

Homeis approached us with one main goal- decrease the cost per install and
cost per effective install.
At that time, they were running app install campaigns for two main communities
on FB and the CPI was averaging around $11.

Our Approach

  • Diagnose the core believes and values of each community, what drives them,
    what challenges they are facing when immigrating into a new country, what's
    their daily language and how they talk with each other, and how Homeis can
    help them solve these problems.
  • After coming up with a precise customer persona, we implemented our findings
    into the ad creative & ad copy. The ad was speaking directly with their customer.
  • As a result, we saw a dramatic decrease in CPMs which allowed us to drive more
    traffic for the same budget and decrease the CPI almost instantly. Not only that
    Homeis had more installs, the quality of those installs was seen in the in-app metrics.
  • The user engagement & average time spent on app skyrocketed.
